Narayan Jha’s journey is a story of resilience, vision, and relentless hard work. Born into a lower middle-class family in Madhubani, Bihar, Narayan pursued his passion for technology by completing his Graduation and Master’s in Computer Applications. With aspirations far greater than his circumstances, he entered the professional world and spent six years building a strong foundation as a Software Developer, Project Manager, and Client Relationship Manager.
In 2013, driven by entrepreneurial ambition, he founded Nibble Software Technologies—not from a corporate office, but from his home. In the early days, Narayan wore multiple hats: salesperson, developer, digital marketer, and project manager, personally overseeing client communication, project execution, and delivery to ensure complete satisfaction.
The company began with two web developers and designers, operating out of a two-bedroom rented house. During late nights, festivals, and demanding project deadlines, his wife, Mrs. Neha Jha, stood as a pillar of strength—cooking for the team, serving meals, and motivating everyone with unmatched positivity and energy.
By 2015, the team grew to 5–6 members, and the family moved into a 4BHK house—a dream at the time, despite ongoing financial uncertainties. One room was converted into an office, symbolizing unwavering belief in growth and the future.
In 2016, Nibble Software Technologies was officially registered as a Private Limited Company, and operations shifted to a commercial office space. The team expanded to 12–13 professionals, and the company’s consistent performance began gaining widespread industry recognition. Nibble was repeatedly identified and acknowledged by Google, AWS, and Microsoft, and actively participated in major travel trade events such as SATTE, OTM, and TTF. These efforts led to invitations to multiple technology and industry events across India, Dubai, Canada, the USA, and other international markets.
The defining milestone came in 2017, when Nibble Software Technologies was selected for the World Google Partner Summit at Google Headquarters, California (USA)—with full sponsorship. Nibble was among a select few companies from India to represent the country on a global platform. For Narayan, this was not just an achievement but a lifelong dream realized—his first international exposure, the USA, and standing inside the iconic Google Office, a landmark aspiration for IT professionals worldwide.
Since then, growth has been steady and strategic, with continuous expansion in clients, capabilities, team strength, and infrastructure. Today, the organization operates with a 50+ member team specializing in Web Development, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, and Video Production.
To deepen domain expertise and diversify operations, Narayan launched several in-house ventures, including:
- Flight Fare Deals Pvt. Ltd.
- FFD Travels – to gain hands-on understanding of the travel ecosystem
- BIRTHDAYMASTI – an eCommerce portal
- Nibble and Pixel – an eCommerce photography, videography, and marketing agency
Leveraging years of experience in technology, travel operations, and automation, Narayan now introduces TRAVOBYTE—a next-generation, AI powered Travel CRM, designed to transform how travel businesses manage operations, customer relationships, and scalable growth.
