12. Subscription Policy

Subscription-based modules, once purchased or activated, are non-refundable after successful payment.

13. Payment Terms

In case of a failed or unsuccessful payment transaction, the deducted amount (if any) will be automatically refunded to the original payment source within 7 working days, depending on banking and payment gateway processing time.

14. AI Credits & Usage

+

Every new user will receive 20 complimentary AI credits upon account registration. These credits can be used to access AI-powered features available within the CRM platform. Once the free credits are exhausted, users must purchase additional AI credits from inside the CRM to continue using AI services. AI credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and the platform reserves the right to update credit pricing or usage policies when required.

15. Design & Layout Disclaimer

The PDF layouts, templates, and overall design are subject to change from time to time as part of continuous product improvements, feature enhancements, branding updates, and usability optimizations. While the core functionality and primary content structure will remain consistent, the appearance, design elements, sections, formatting, colors, icons, and overall layout may be revised in future releases without prior notice.

Any design, layout, or template shared with the Client during discussions, demonstrations, approvals, or implementation represents the current version of the product and shall not be considered a permanent or fixed design commitment. Minor or major design modifications, refinements, visual enhancements, structural adjustments, or layout improvements may be introduced at any time in future versions as part of the normal product development lifecycle.

The Client acknowledges and agrees that such design updates are standard product enhancements and shall not be construed as a change in the agreed scope of work, a defect, or a breach of commitment. Accordingly, these updates shall not give rise to any claim for additional development, redesign, compensation, refund, or dispute unless expressly agreed upon in writing by both parties.
